About

Oz Yellow believes that green-energy is the way forward, and we see a future powered by clean nuclear energy. Uranium plays a crucial role in enabling the worldwide shift towards cost-effective and low-emission energy.

As moral acceptance of nuclear energy as apart of the green energy mix is growing, countries around the world are moving towards nuclear power; globally there are 54 reactors under construction and 425 reactors planned and proposed worldwide.

We believe that Uranium will help steer the planet toward achieving global carbon emissions targets, and we endeavour to do our part towards a greener future.

The Company plans to raise between $8 million through an Initial Public Offering to get listed on the ASX by Q2, 2024. The funds raised will be utilised to explore and develop the two uranium projects situated in the Northern Territory of Australia. With the advantage of historical work completed and established relationships by Eclipse Metals (ASX: EPM), Oz Yellow will initiate exploration activities at both the Ngalia uranium ± vanadium and Liverpool uranium ± gold-palladium projects.
